Product Introduction
PG-280P is a mass-produced automated IC programming equipment with high cost performance. The system can quickly and accurately positioning with single X-axis PPU&4 nozzles, IPC (built-in motion control card), servo system, double positioning seat. It can automatically complete the whole process of chip grasping, positioning, programming, picking and packaging, and optimize the traditional manual operations. It not only improves the production efficiency, but also eliminates the possible human error in the process of IC programming.
It is built-in ELNEC Extremely fast universal programming Beehive204 or Beehive204AP (8 burning modules), supporting 120,000 kinds of chips and has advanced system module, short line changing time and high reliability. Each module is completely independent programming and the efficiency is much higher than that of parallel mass production programmer. We will continue to increase programming support for new devices and update software on our web.
● Body and shell
Cabinet: the cabinet contains all mechanical parts and electrical control components to make the equipment meet the safety requirements. The main part of the cabinet is welded by square pipe, and the shell is made of sheet metal. And the left, front and rear door panels of the cabinet can be opened for easy disassembly and assembly, so that the installation and maintenance of the main equipment is more convenient.
● Visual system
The visual part includes three cameras, two of which are fixed above the positioning seat for checking the IC position during debugging.
● Manipulator for taking and discharging
X platform: the X axis is driven by a stepping motor with an encoder.
Y platform: the Y axis is driven by the servo motor.
Nozzle: the suction nozzle feeding and discharging function is driven by XY platform.
During this process, the suction nozzle 1/2/3/4 moves simultaneously, and the suction nozzle 1 axis suctions IC to the fixed positioning seat 1. The nozzle 2 will suction the IC from the positioning seat 1 and put it back into the programming seat. Nozzle 3 will suction successful IC to the fixed positioning seat 2 synchronously. The nozzle 4 will synchronously pick the IC of the fixed positioning seat 2 to the discharging device, and the unqualified ones will be put into the NG box. This part is composed of servo/stepper motor, vacuum generator, vacuum nozzle and other components.
● TUBE IN or TAPE IN/OUT
Supported IC packages: standard tape (TapeIn/TapeOut) and tubular (TubeIn/TapeOut) input/output. The number of programmer modules can be configured up to 8.
